Dr. Fausto A. Abril

Dr. Abril is the President and Director of the Acupuncture and Massage Center – Centro Jade with clinics in Volcan, Chiriqui and in Panama City in the Republic of Panama.

Dr. Abril has advanced studies in Acupuncture.  He completed his advanced studies in treating neurological conditions with acupuncture and Chinese herbs at the Shanghai Yue Yang Integrated Medicine Hospital, which is affiliated to the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, China.  His mentor, Dr. Dong Gui Rong is a worldwide renown medical doctor and neurologist with a legacy of generations of doctors in Traditional Chinese Medicine which has furthered Dr. Abril’s clinical skills and has helped him to deliver quicker and effective results.

Dr. Abril is a licensed Oriental Medicine Physician in the State of Florida, United States of America and certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).  Years before moving back to Panama, he had a private practice and community clinics services in Miami, Florida.  

Graduated with a master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from the Acupuncture and Massage College in Miami, Florida; one of the oldest certified schools in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the United States of America.  His graduation thesis was based in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nutrition. 
Dr. Abril experiences a great joy by helping people recover from addictions, emotional distress, chronic illness, and pains.  His main goal through his practice is to help improve the health and quality of life in the community, and share the benefits of natural medicine with as many as possible.
